Un-boulder Yourself: dropping excuses and getting motivated

We make sure that our heads won’t go drifting up into the clouds again by tying ourselves down to the biggest rock we can find along our path and we make sure that knot is nice and tight. The rock may be a job that robs of our time, a toxic relationship that always has us feeling down, self-imposed obligations, or meaningless chores like laundry and grocery shopping. Whatever the excuse may be, it always feels oh so valid and hefty.
